  1. Get Recharged. Combine posture and breath. 3-4x daily or as needed. 5-10 sec.

  1. Think strong. Being strong is both physical and mental. When you think strong you are actually stronger. Increase awareness and purpose.

  1. Use the hips more. Sounds funny, but the hips are the powerhouse of your body. Not using your hips puts more stress on weaker joints and muscles. Makes you less strong and safe.

  1. Get rhythm. Control and ease of movement. Think walking, have fun, feel your movement, get a little style and attitude.

Moving with purpose, increases strength, safety and confidence in our everyday activity.

Second, use these 4 everyday things in your daily activity.

Third, regularly take tune up classes to keep the feeling.

Posture - Breath - Feel - Stability - Mobility - Patterns
2-3 times weekly for 20-30 minutes. Some people continue to take classes to support other types of exercise. Many use the program as their primary exercise activity.
