Everyday Things

  1. Breathe. Use our breathing exercise 10-15 seconds 4x daily or more. And when you breath check your posture and feel the strength.

  1. Tension in the abs. Think strong. Strength and movement are both physical and mental. Increase awareness.

  1. Sit slow. Use your hips more to reduce stress and wear and tear on weaker joints and muscles. Hips are the powerhouse of the body.

  1. Walk with style. Feel control and ease of movement. Get rhythm. Have fun.

Moving with purpose, increases strength, safety and confidence in our everyday activity.

Review and practice the basics.

First, discover the simple fundamentals of movement.

Recharge - posture and breath.

• Think strong, to be strong.

• Use your hips more.

• Get a little rhythm.

Second, use these 4 everyday things in your daily activity.

Third, regularly take tune up classes to keep the feeling.

Posture - Breath - Feel - Stability - Mobility - Patterns
2-3 times weekly for 20-30 minutes. Some people continue to take classes to support other types of exercise. Many use the program as their primary exercise activity.
