Everyday Things
Breathe. Use our breathing exercise 10-15 seconds 4x daily or more. And when you breath check your posture and feel the strength.
Tension in the abs. Think strong. Strength and movement are both physical and mental. Increase awareness.
Sit slow. Use your hips more to reduce stress and wear and tear on weaker joints and muscles. Hips are the powerhouse of the body.
Walk with style. Feel control and ease of movement. Get rhythm. Have fun.
Moving with purpose, increases strength, safety and confidence in our everyday activity.
