Wings SOM shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Wings SOM and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for the resolution of any disputes.

Refund Policy

At Wings School of Movement, we want you to feel confident in your membership and fitness journey with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your membership or services, here is what you need to know about our refund policy:

1. Membership Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your membership, please notify us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations can be made through your online account, by phone, or at the front desk. Once cancelled, you will not be billed for the following cycle.

• Cancellations made after your billing cycle has started will not be eligible for a refund, but your membership will be canceled for the next cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility for Initial Payments

• If you are a new member and have used our services for less than 30 days, you may be eligible for a full refund of your membership fees if you are not satisfied.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of your first payment
  

3. Personal Training & Classes

• For personal training sessions or class packs, unused sessions or classes may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

• Sessions or classes already attended cannot be refunded
  

4. Special Offers & Promotions

• Refunds are not applicable for memberships purchased under special promotions or discounted rates unless required by law
  

5. Processing Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to process

• Please note that processing fees or charges for used services may apply
