Let me tell you why I started Wings School of Movement and remain a regular student.

Wings is not just another exercise class. We have a unique plan that focuses on improving your movement at any age.

Simple things done well will make you stronger and safer.

Standard. $17 monthly. Enroll yourself, includes household.

Who can benefit from the Wings program?

Everyone can benefit from good movement.

A good foundation for movement makes a difference in everything you do. You'll be safer and more confident doing simple chores, family outing, recreation, etc.

Seniors who are starting to do less and less.

Younger adults who are starting to feel old and slowing down.

Poor movement habits cause wear and tear that leads to fatigue and juries over time.

For some Wings will be primary source of exercise.
